Cambridge Hair Collective is led by industry professional and highly trained expert Marianne Smith. She has over 20 years experience and expertise, and has been creating, facilitating and executing education programs for thousands of stylists throughout Australia and New Zealand for 10 years.

Prior to becoming a Salon Owner, Marianne worked as an Australia and New Zealand Colour Capability Trainer, where she oversaw a team of 17 educators. Working closely with stakeholders, marketing and sales divisions within a corporate company means that her knowledge and experience in the hairdressing industry is first class.

Starting Cambridge Hair Collective was the next step in Marianne’s diverse and beautiful career. She focussed on creating a culture of like-minded creatives; nurturing individual and collective strengths, whilst creating an environment that allows staff to continually learn, grow and thrive in delivering top line service and fashion to all clients.

During the two years that Cambridge Hair Collective has been operating there have been many opportunities and accolades received. Recently, the salon opened its renovated facility in Wynnum, which is purpose built for Cambridge Hair Collectives’ unique set of needs.
